Our Mission
At She Who Networks, our mission is to cultivate and celebrate women’s ambition by building an inclusive space where women from all backgrounds, cultures, and nationalities come together to connect, learn, and rise—together.
We are creating a complete success system that links women to career opportunities, mentorship, continuing education, and collective buying power—while also encouraging authentic, unfiltered conversations about what we as women truly go through: the unseen labor, the setbacks, the bias, the burnout, and the brilliance.
Through networking events, CE-accredited classes, mentorship circles, and community forums, we empower women to grow in business and in life—not by hiding their truth, but by standing fully in it.
Because your story matters. And in this space, you don’t have to filter it.
Our Vision
We envision a world where women—no matter their nationality, background, or experience—are seen, heard, and supported in every part of their journey. Our vision is to create a bold, multicultural ecosystem where women can speak openly, lead powerfully, and build abundance for themselves and others.
She Who Networks is a movement rooted in realness—where vulnerability is a strength, success is shared, and no woman has to navigate her ambition alone.
We’re not just networking—we’re building a world where women rise, reach back, and talk about it all: the highs, the heartbreaks, the hustle, and the healing.
This is what happens when women are allowed to show up, without a filter.
Meet the Founder: Dani Zee
Hi, I’m Dani Zee—CE Instructor, Business Development Consultant, Public Speaker, and the founder of She Who Networks.
There’s no big team behind this platform. Just me, and a vision that began on the back of a napkin during a heartfelt lunch conversation.
That day, I found myself talking with another woman in business about the real stuff—burnout, invisibility, ambition, juggling roles, and everything in between. I scribbled three words:
“She Who Networks.”
It wasn’t a business plan—it was a calling.
What I Do
Through She Who Networks, I bring women together across cultures, industries, and backgrounds to connect, collaborate, and rise—without filters.
I lead:
-
Live networking events and workshops
-
Continuing Education (CE) courses for insurance, real estate, and financial professionals
-
Business development consulting for companies and entrepreneurs looking to grow strategically
-
And public speaking engagements where I share raw, honest insights on what we as women actually go through in life, leadership, and business
My mission is simple: to create spaces where ambition and vulnerability can coexist. Where women can show up, speak truthfully, and access real resources to grow professionally and personally.
The Bigger Vision
What started as a note on a napkin is now a growing movement.
She Who Networks is a platform for all women—from every walk of life, every industry, and every culture—to learn from one another, lift each other up, and thrive together.
We’re building a complete success system—one that not only creates opportunity but also makes space for the real conversations:
The ones about burnout, balance, imposter syndrome, breaking barriers, and rediscovering your voice.
Because here, we don’t filter our stories to make them more palatable.
We speak boldly.
We lead authentically.
And we rise—together.
My Story: From Spark to Sisterhood
She Who Networks was born from a dream I wasn’t sure I was ready to speak out loud.
For a long time, I had the vision. I knew I wanted to build something for women—something real. A space that didn’t just hand out business cards, but opened doors, started conversations, and honored the full story of what women go through.
But like many of us, I doubted myself.
Until one day, Mary Dominguez-Santini, President of the Grand Prairie Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, looked me in the eye and told me:
“It’s up to you to stop being afraid. Go for what you want. Make your dream come true.”
That moment changed everything.
Mary wasn’t just a mentor—she was my spark. Her strength, grace, and fearless leadership in supporting our Latin business community inspired me deeply. She showed me that it’s possible to lead with heart, to serve with purpose, and to lift others as you rise.
And so, I said yes.
Yes to the vision.
Yes to building something of my own.
Yes to being brave.
Why I Built She Who Networks
I wanted to create a platform that unites women from all cultures and backgrounds, where we could support each other in business, personal growth, and unfiltered conversation.
A place where Latinas, women of color, professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs could gather and say:
“I see you. I hear you. I’ve been there too.”
I now teach CE-accredited classes, offer business development consulting, speak publicly about the real things women go through, and host networking events that feel more like empowerment sessions.
But none of this would have happened if it weren’t for that moment of courage that Mary gifted m
To Mary—Thank You
This isn’t just my story—it’s ours.
And it’s because of amazing women like Mary Dominguez-Santini, who pour into others, who speak life into our dreams, and who remind us that we were never meant to shrink, but to shine.
She Who Networks is my thank-you letter in motion.
To Mary, to the Grand Prairie Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and to every woman who dared to believe in more—this movement is for you.
